Lackland AFB, TX (LACK-98): Security Engineer 

- TS/SCI w/ 10 years ‘experience/Master’s degree/Senior

- Responsible for providing technical direction for Air Force customers migrating to Commercial Cloud Services (C2S).

- Plays a key role in integrating all cloud solutions and strategies into the Risk Management Framework and overall business practices.

- Possess clear technical understanding of cloud agnostic framework and architectures, to provide expert guidance for cloud migrations and service providers.

- Clearly communicate with Air Force Commercial Cloud Services (AFC2S) members and teams, delegated authorizing officials and other government security representatives.

- Adherence to all aspects of the Information Assurance (IA) program, Preparation of Assessment and Authorization (A&A) documents, procedures, and policies.


Basic Qualifications:

- Experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF)

- Experience in cloud environments for one or more of the following: AWS, Google, MS Azure, IBM, Oracle, IC ITE GovCloud, C2S or government and intel community cloud frameworks

- Understanding of NIST 800-53r4 and Committee on National Security Systems Instructions (CNSSI) 1253

- 1-2 years of Systems administration experience in either Microsoft or Linux environments

- Knowledge of device hardening concepts and implementation with relation to ACAS and STIG processes

- Knowledge of with various security concepts: enterprise cloud architecture, infrastructure security and compliance, data encryption, continuous monitoring, vulnerability assessment, security control validation




Warner Robbins AFB, GA (ROBB-04): Senior-level Electronic Warfare 

- TS/SCI w/ 10 years ‘experience/Master’s degree/Senior

- Provide Scientific and Technical Intelligence analysis of basic and applied research and engineering, prototyping, technology transfer, developmental and operational testing, military fielding, and integration of Electronic Warfare (Electronic Attack, Electronic Protection, and EW Support) technologies impacting U.S. and foreign military capabilities.

- Conducts S&TI research and analysis and produces finished S&TI assessments on emerging and disruptive technologies with the potential to impact U.S. military operations.

- Identify technical capabilities and performance characteristics of foreign EW systems.

- Conducts analysis of R&D process and organizations associated with target EW systems.

Reviews model output and analyzes ELINT/SIGINT parameters for threat change validation requests, theater specific mission loads and potential reprogramming actions.

- Provides technological assessments suitable for ingesting into Library of National Intelligence in accordance with Defense Intelligence Analysis Program requirements and Office of Director of National Intelligence Community Directives.

- Prepares and provides S&TI products in support of Department of Defense concepts, capability development, and acquisition customers. These products include subject matter briefs, intelligence notes, threat modules, threat briefings, and technical memoranda.

- Collaborates and coordinates products within DoD and IC agencies and organizations throughout the S&TI Enterprise.



Ft.  Meade, MD (Leidos-Meade-55): Multi-Domain Information Warfare Engineer

- TS/SCI w/ 10 years’ experience/Master’s degree/SME
- Perform duties to develop, sustain, and enhance multi-domain operations enveloping cyberspace capabilities to defend national interests from attack and to engage with mission partners to deliver tailored engineering solutions leveraging the cyberspace domain.
- Conduct proactive engagement with capability development organizations within the National Security Agency and United States Cyber Command to develop unique engineering solutions to Air Force multi-domain Information Warfare operations.
- Provide engineering insight, expertise, and tradecraft for cross-functional Multi-Domain Innovation branch within AFCO/CM.
- Support cyberspace capability development, testing and implementation.
the candidate will be OPCON to 16AF AFCO/CM to maintain relations with Wing, Group, AFCYBER-FWD and USCYBERCOM.


Desired Qualifications:

- Experience with hardware and software engineering
- Understanding of network fundamentals (protocols) and infrastructure
- Proficiency in wireless technologies
- Previous experience with Air Operations Center (AOC) is highly sought.
- Experience in Computer Network Operations
